Therefore, nickel plating on the surface of the pins is required for anti-oxidation treatment.
The shell material of the power adapter is plastic, and environmental protection composite materials with excellent heat resistance, durability, mechanical properties and dimensional stability should be used. According to the requirements of GB/T 22727.1, environmentally friendly composite materials must meet the functions of safety, environmental protection and resource recycling. The content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in the material should be less than 200mg/kg, and the content of benzopyrene should be less than 20mg/kg. The materials that meet the above requirements are mainly polycarbonate (PC), acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene terpolymer (ABS), polypropylene (PP), PC/ABS alloy, thermoplastic polyester (PET/PBT) , modified polystyrene (PS), polyamide has been included. (PA), Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU). The current power adapter shell material is generally environmentally friendly flame retardant PC composite material, the flame retardant grade is UL 94-V0, and the flame retardant grade is higher than the UL 94-V1 required by the national standard.
